A&C Construction Group is a design-build remodeler, which means design and construction live under one contract instead of being handed off between a designer who won't build it and a contractor who didn't draw it. Allen and Claudia started the company after watching too many projects fall apart in that gap. When one team owns the whole thing, nothing gets lost in translation and the budget you approve is the budget you build to.

The range is wide on purpose. On the smaller end, that's a kitchen or bathroom remodel — new cabinets, countertops, tile, and fixtures, with layout changes and structural work when the vision calls for it. In the middle, whole-home renovations and additions that change how the house lives, plus basement finishing and garage construction that turn unused square footage into real space. On the larger end, new home construction from plans through final walkthrough. And outside, we build the decks, patios, and outdoor living spaces that make the rest of the property usable.

However big the project, the process is the same. Allen handles field coordination and quality control; Claudia manages scheduling, material orders, and communication. We section off the work area and clean up daily, and on bigger jobs we phase the work so you keep livable space throughout. If something changes mid-project — a different tile, an extra outlet, rot we find behind a wall — Claudia writes up a change order with the cost and time impact, and nothing proceeds until you approve it.
