For investment properties, we handle full renovations and turnovers, scheduled tight so a unit isn't sitting empty longer than it has to. Before a sale, we focus on pre-sale improvements with the best return — the cosmetic and functional fixes that move a listing — instead of over-improving a property you're about to hand off. And when another contractor leaves a job almost-but-not-quite done, we handle punch-list completion to close it out clean.

From there it's the same design-build accountability as every A&C job: written scope, change orders documented before work proceeds, and one point of contact.
