Pressure Washing

Most driveways and single-story homes run 2 to 4 hours; larger homes and full exterior packages take a half to full day.

  • Concrete driveways, walkways, and patios
  • House siding — vinyl, fiber-cement, brick, and stucco
  • Rotating surface cleaner for even, stripe-free concrete
  • Soft wash (low pressure + solution) for siding and delicate surfaces
  • Oil, rust, algae, and mildew stain treatment
  • Full rinse-down and cleanup when we're finished

Most of what makes a driveway look old is just built-up grime, algae, and tire marks sitting on the surface. We run a rotating surface cleaner instead of a bare wand so the concrete comes out evenly clean with no zebra striping, and we pre-treat oil and rust stains with a degreaser or rust remover before we ever pull the trigger. Concrete, pavers, and brick can all take real pressure; we adjust the PSI and tip so we clean the surface without etching it.

Siding is a different job. Blasting vinyl or fiber-cement with high pressure drives water up behind the panels and can crack or streak them, so we soft-wash instead — low pressure plus a cleaning solution that actually kills the mold, mildew, and green algae at the root instead of just blowing the surface off. That's why a soft-washed house stays clean for months longer than one that was just power-blasted.

It's not about more pressure — it's the right pressure and the right mix for each surface. Concrete takes a surface cleaner; siding takes a soft wash.

We cover driveways, walkways, patios, decks, fences, and full house exteriors. When we're done we rinse everything down, move your things back, and leave the surfaces looking the way they did when they were new.
